What were your “first impressions” when you started working with me? Are they different now? Is so, what are they?
A well dressed young man meet me as I was leaving my house. It was a coincidence, his being outside as I was leaving. He introduced himself, Kamran Zand and asked if he could show my home to a client. My home had been listed with another Realtor and that listing had expired so I told Kamran yes.

After the showing we met at my request because I wanted to hear what his clients had to say. Kamran was very forthright. My home is unique, a Frank LLoyd Design with a feminine color palette. During the conversation we discussed various sales strategies. Kamran impressed me, not only with his energy and enthusiasm but with his knowledge, ideas and commitment. I was convinced he would do a good job of marketing my home. Over time, he exceeded by a wide margin my initial expectations.

In your opinion, what makes me different from another Realtor you have worked with in the past?
Kamran, your commitment, work ethic, client selection, marketing and staging were all designed to sell my home for the highest possible price. Unlike other Realtor’s I worked with who just ran a few ads and showed the home to anyone who asked, you focused on the type of buyer, vetted their financial ability, their needs and taste. You only showed the home to buyers qualified in both financial, family needs and personal preference. There was never a wasted showing.

When you refer me to your family and friends, what do you say, specifically?
If you want a Realtor who is going to view your home as the unique place that it is, not waste you time showing it to non-qualified buyers, and will bring an amazing amount of energy and work ethic to the process, Kamran Zand is the person for you.

Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible. Are we currently doing this? What do you like? What do we need to do better?
You did an amazing job. From the advertising plan, open house, showings, staging and vetting of the potential buyers. I really can’t think of anything.

I highly recommend Kamran Zand to anyone who has a high-end home for sale. He brings a unique combination of energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and marketing strategies to every sale. He will vet all buyers and not waste your time showing the home to buyers who are unqualified for any reason. I’ve dealt with lots of Realtor’s over the years and Kamran is by far the best.
