In an unprecedented collaboration, Four Seasons has teamed up with a magnificent $1 billion resort-style high-rise project in MacDonald Highlands, Henderson. Four Seasons will be infusing its esteemed brand name and premium management services into the development.

Developed by Azure Resorts & Hotels, in conjunction with Luxus Development, Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas offers a diverse range of living options. The partnership is intended to elevate the allure of the 171 residences, comprising two towers and six stand-alone villas.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the residences span between 2,300 and 7,300 square feet internally, complemented by expansive outdoor areas ranging from 500 to 5,000 square feet. Each unit boasts stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip and the majestic mountain range, delivering residents the best of the best in Las Vegas.

Currently in the site work and blasting phase, construction is set to begin in September. The ambitious undertaking is set to take an estimated 28 month to complete, backed by a substantial budget of approximately $1 billion. This timeline places the completion date towards the end of 2025 or beginning of 2026, heralding a new era of luxury living.
