Kamran Zand is the “Magna Cum Laude” of Realtors! His professionalism is to be commended and equals no other. Kamran was always on time for appointments and would return my calls immediately. He answered all my questions and would explain things with great clarity. He offered suggestions on what would help sell our home and I took his advice. Our home sold the 2nd Day! Prior to it selling, it was listed previously and sold but, did not pass inspection and the buyers backed out.

Without my knowledge, there were numerous things that needed to be fixed in our home. I did not have the money to fix all that was wrong with the house. Kamran offered to loan me the money. Who does this in today’s world? He recommended skilled people and we got the job done. Kamran then raised the price of my home by $25,000 and got me full asking price on the 2nd day. Kamran is first class and a gentleman. It was a pleasure working with him. Anyone thinking of selling or buying a home will only benefit by hiring Kamran Zand. You won’t be sorry. A fun fact about Kamran… He’s a great Salsa Dancer and he continues to return my calls.
