As Transaction Coordinator (TC) to Luxury Estates International and personal TC to Kamran Zand, Alma works closely with Kamran and his clients to ensure a smooth and efficient closing takes place during the escrow period. She’s responsible for coordinating the delivery of pertinent documents and obtaining signatures on all disclosures.
Closing out hundreds of real estate transactions, Alma brings knowledge and 16+ years of experience to Luxury Estates International. Alma attended New York University and Taylor Business University, where she gained a valuable education in business that later led to owning and operating her very own catering company for 15 years with her husband.
