Lifestyle & Amenities

In Las Vegas, convenience is everything. The thought of driving your car down the Strip and turning directly into a guard-gated parking lot with your luxury dream home waiting on the other side sounds almost too good to be true.

As the first high-rise condo on the Strip, Sky Las Vegas balances a cosmopolitan lifestyle with the warmth of comfortable home living. The 500-foot-tall tower has 45 floors and more than 400 residential units, including penthouses and four-bedroom SkySuites that occupy the top three floors.

The property is nestled within the north end of the Strip and within easy walking distance of luxury casino resorts like the Wynn Las Vegas and SLS Las Vegas, not to mention iconic pieces of Las Vegas history like the Golden Steer Steakhouse and Peppermill lounge. The area is poised for dramatic growth.

Residences feature engineered wood flooring, quartzite countertops and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances as well as Nest thermostats and other smart-tech upgrades. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views while open floor plans, spacious balconies and 9.5-foot ceilings provide plenty of breathing room.

Head downstairs for luxury accommodations that rival the most exclusive resorts on the Strip. An expansive pool deck serves as the perfect summertime retreat with a spa, fire pit and stainless steel barbecue grills. Private cabanas, each equipped with televisions and Wi-Fi, offer the perfect blend of style, convenience and comfort.

There’s even a dog walking run as well as a putting green for golf practice. Head indoors for a his-and-hers spa, fully-loaded gym, business center and movie theater. Valet parking and concierge services make everyday life on the Strip easier than ever.

Sky Las Vegas sits on what was once partially the site of El Rancho Vegas, a hotel and casino that was the largest on the Strip when it opened back in 1941 — and made headlines for hosting the wedding of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward. After the resort burned down in a 1960 fire, the land was sold to the Howard Hughes Corporation and would change hands several times over the years. Eventually, three acres were devoted to Sky Las Vegas, which officially opened in 2007 by Nevada Development Partners.

Within just a few short years, new properties like Wynn West and Resorts World will open their doors while the Las Vegas Convention Center expands all the way to Las Vegas Boulevard, spawning new business activity. The long-neglected Fontainebleau property was recently sold and is being rebranded as The Drew in partnership with Marriott International.
