You knew very intricate details of the house. Most likely a lot of realtors stage well (which you guys definitely did, hitting all the senses even adding music and candles/ lighting), but you added details about the appliances, ideas for use of what was built in, an idea of the value inherent in the add ons that were being left behind, the names of the trees in the back yard, etc. That was cool. I was ready to buy just because I respected the effort you put in… the show was good!
