Five – Exceeded My Expectations

1. What were your “first impressions” when you started working with Kamran? Are they different now? If so, what are they?
In our initial consultation, my first impression of Kamran was that his swagger was due to his youth and boundless energy.  In truth, I was a bit uncertain of his demeanor.  Having now observed Kamran at work, in particular taking note of his consummate professionalism and attention to detail, I have been fully convinced that he delivers what he promises.

2. In your opinion, what makes Kamran different from another Realtor you have worked with in the past?
Kamran has carefully assembled a team of professionals to assist him in the task including an excellent administrative assistant and a talented videographer to showcase the property.  He fully understands the complexities of marketing in a visually saturated world and presents his properties in their best light.  His strongest suit is his ability to show the respective property to a client in such a manner that allows the buyer to fully understand what makes each property special, unique, and an excellent value.

3. When you refer Kamran to your family and friends, what do you say, specifically?
In summary Kamran walks the walk, talks the talk, looks the part, and delivers the goods.  When the deal is done there will be no money left on the table.

4. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible. Are we currently doing this?
